4 Tilapia filets, minced
2 tbls. re curry paste
1 egg
1/2 cup long beans or green beans, minced
2 green onion stalks, minced
2 tbls. kaffir lime leaf, finely shredded
2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. sugar
3 cups frying oil

In a medium mixing bowl, mix together all the ingredient by hand until mixture is stiff.  Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diamater.  Deep fry the  patties in hot oil (350 degrees) until golden brown and cooked thoroughly.  Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.  Serve with a dipping sauce, such as fish sauce and sliced Thai peppers.
