Henry Straub is a self-taught chef, who has been cooking and creating new ideas for twenty-five years. He is a retired Air Traffic Control Chief from the United States Navy. From the twenty years experience in the military, Henry has seen and experienced cuisine from all over the world. He compares international cuisine to American cuisine and can see how it has evolved.
