15 Tomatillos, washed, cut into pieces
1 onion, peeled and chopped
2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
1 jalepeno, seeded, chopped
Salt and Pepper

Place tomatillos, onions, jalepeno and garlic in a large heavy stockpot.  Cover with water.  Season with salt and pepper.  Bring mixture to a boil.  Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.  Let mixture cool.  Puree the mixture in a blender.  Store in airtight containers in refrigerator until use.
