2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine or dry sherry
1 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ginger juice
4 cloves garlic, peeled, minced
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons honey
3 Thai chiles, minced, stems removed

One full rack of baby back pork ribs

Remove the connective tissue from one rack of baby back pork ribs.  In a medium bowl or plastic container, combine all the ingredients for a marinade.  Marinade mixture for one day.  Remove from marinade container and reserve.  Grill the ribs over medium heat, turning approximatley 45 minutes either on charcoal or propane until glazed and cooked.  Brush reserved marinade over ribs periodically as you grill.
