1 pound ground lean pork
1/2 cup cooked rice
2 cloves garlic, peeled, minced
1 tablespoon red curry paste
1 thai chili, minced finely
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

oil
Soy sauce

In a medium mixing bowl , mix thoroughly all ingrdients.  Form the mixture into approximately 12 balls.  Roll each ball in hands to mold into sausage links.  Over medium heat, brown the sausages on each side with the oil until cooked through, about 8 minutes.  Serve with soy sauce.
