24 Chicken wings
Marinade:1/2 cup liquid honey
5 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons fish sauce
Juice of one lime
1 tablespoon chili powder
3-5 Thai chilies, ground
4 cloves garlic, peeled, minced
1/2 tablespoon groun coriander

Combine the marinade ingredients together in a plastic bag or plastic container.  Mix the wings in the marinade.  Marinade in the refrigerator overnight. 

You can either deep fry, grill or bake the wings in a preheated 450 degree oven, turning often.  If grilling, turn often on a high heat and brush often with the reserved marinade mixture.  If frying, preheat peanut oil to 350 degrees.  Deep fry until golden brown, about 7 minutes.  Cook the wings until well done.

Serve with peanuts and a sweet and sour sauce.
