12 hard boiled eggs, shelled        1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup roasted red bell peppers, chopped        1 teas. paprika
2 teas. Dijon mustard            2 teas. cider vinegar
1/4 teas. salt   1/4 teas, pepper

Cut eggs lengthwise in half.  Remove yolks.  Save whites.  In a bowl, mash the egg yolks.  Stir in mayonnaise, peppers, mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt and pepper.  Mix well.  Using a small straw, decorate each egg white making small skull eyes, nose and a mouth.  Spoon each egg with the egg mixture.  Refrigerate before serving.
