1 package of four Italian Sausage
3 stalks green onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1/2 cup finely chopped Parmesan cheese
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon parsley
2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
3 pints mushrooms, cleaned

In a frying pan, sauté Italian Sausage on medium heat until brown, about 5 minutes.  Remove from heat, drain and set aside in a mixing bowl.  Add garlic, green onions, cheese, thyme, Worcestershire Sauce, parsley, salt and pepper.  Stir until well mixed.  Add cream cheese and mix thoroughly.  Cool mixture in refrigerator for 30 minutes.  Remove stem from each mushroom.  Fill each mushroom with sausage mixture.  Place mushrooms on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Top with more Parmesan cheese, if desired.  Serve.
