1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper
1 cup extra virgin olive oil

Using a blender, combine balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.  Pulse to combine.  While blender is on puree, slowly drizzle in olive oil until the vinaigrette is combined thoroughly.  Serve.
