1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon basil
1 tablespoon parsley
1/4 teaspoon celery slat
2 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoon water
2/3 cup canola oil

In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients.  In another bowl measure 2 tablespoons of the dry mix.  Add the cider vinegar and water.  Slowly drizzle in the canola oil while whisking until the dressing is thoroughly combined.  Serve.  Store reserved dry mix in an airtight container for future use.
