Sweet and Sour Sauce
Lime Wedges

Slice the tofu into one-inch cubes.  Heat frying poil to 350 degrees.  Place tofu in batches and fry until golden brown, about 5 minutes.  Drain on paper towels.  Serve with sweet and sour sause and lime wedges.
